[더파워 민진 기자] Syscall participated in the ESS+ 2025 International Security Fair held in Bogotá, Colombia, from August 27-29, presenting its core security and safety solutions. ESS+ is Latin America’s premier security industry exhibition, which this year brought together over 200 companies from 26 countries to showcase the latest security technologies.
At the exhibition, Syscall conducted live demonstrations featuring emergency call buttons ST-E1 and ST-700, door opening sensor SDS-200, motion detection sensor SPT-200, warning light receivers SLL-400 and SRL-300, direct pager S-WATCH, and emergency call software with mobile applications. The SPT-200 sensors and warning light receivers installed on the booth’s exterior walls drew significant visitor attention by responding instantly to passing foot traffic. The floor plan-based emergency call software particularly highlighted the advantages of wireless solutions that offer cost-effective and straightforward installation.

The exhibition also unveiled the soon-to-be-released Syscall APP. This application, which enables remote alarm transmission and reception, captured the attention of security professionals and buyers at the venue. Despite being in the pre-launch phase, it received positive feedback for its “high potential for immediate field application,” demonstrating Syscall’s comprehensive capabilities across both software and hardware, according to the company.
The booth attracted more visitors than anticipated, with continuous consultations taking place. Interest came not only from the security sector but also notably from representatives of the hospital and food and beverage industries. Some local buyers expressed strong interest in Syscall’s products, noting that “Colombia has significant demand for wireless-based security solutions due to power instability and limitations in wired infrastructure.”

During the exhibition, discussions were held with Korea’s IDIS and Chile’s BTCO regarding collaboration initiatives, while talks also took place with RG Distribuciones S.A. about hospital solution delivery. Additionally, through KOTRA’s support, meetings were conducted with potential buyers to explore future partnership opportunities.
A Syscall representative stated, “While the Latin American market is still a region where Syscall’s presence has yet to develop fully, it holds tremendous growth potential. Using this exhibition as a springboard, we will strengthen local partnerships and aggressively target the market with new products and customized solutions.”
Moving forward, Syscall plans to enhance post-exhibition marketing, localization efforts, and social media promotion, aiming to secure key references in Latin America within the year to expand its position as a global brand.
