‘한중 작가 교류전: 북위 37℃’ 오는 5일부터 아트비트 갤러리 전시

[더파워=이한길 기자] 아시아 예술경영협회(AAMA)가 ‘한중작가 교류전: 북위 37℃’를 오는 5일부터 17일까지 북촌 아트비트 갤러리에서 전시한다.

제목의 '37℃'는 ‘함께 북위 37도에 위치한 한·중 수도’와 ‘체온 37℃만큼 따뜻한 온도의 전시’라는 두 가지 의미를 담고 있다.

이번 전시에는 한·중 미술 현재를 대표하는 중진 작가 10명이 참여해 중국과 한국 대표 미술을 관람객들에게 자연스럽게 소개한다. 한·중의 문화 교류의 현장으로서, 큰 의미가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

한국 대표로 김근중, 양태근, 이길우, 고광표, 이한길, 이세웅, 노반 작가가 참가해 작품을 선보인다. 중국 대표로는 펑정지에, 우밍중, 쥐안치가 참여해 눈길을 끈다.

박강훈 아트비트 갤러리 대표는 “한·중작가 간 교류가 이번 전시를 통해 활발해지기를 기원한다”라고 밝혔다.

With the theme of ‘Asia as One through Art – Art at 37℃’, “Korea-China Artists Exchange Exhibition: 37℃ North” will takeplace from March 5th to 17th at Artbit Gallery located in Bukchon, Seoul.

The ‘37℃’ in the title of the exhibition refers to the location of Korea and China’s capital cities at 37th parallelnorth, while alluding to the idea that the exhibition will bring warmth of 37℃body temperature.

The exhibition is expected to be an exceptional event introducing Korean and Chinese art with the participation ofcontemporary representative artists. It is drawing wide public attention to themomentous scene of the two countries’ cultural exchange.

The exhibition brings together 10 Korean and Chinese prominent artists in a single space.

The Chinese artists Feng Zheng Jie, Wu Ming Zhong, and Ju Anqi and the Korean artists Kim Keun-Joong, Taegeun Yang, LeeGil-Woo, Kwangpyo-Steve Koh, Lee Hankil, Lee Sewoong and Nohvan will beparticipating in the exhibition.
