Expanding Beyond Hardware to Software-Centered Integrated Solutions...Strengthening Presence in Southeast Asia Following Malaysia Exhibition in April
[더파워 최성민 기자] Global wireless communication solution brand SYSCALL announced that it successfully strengthened its expansion into the Southeast Asian market by participating in FHI 2026 (Food & Hospitality Indonesia 2026).
FHI is Indonesia's leading international exhibition for the hospitality, restaurant, café (HoReCa), and food & beverage industries, attracting a large number of exhibitors and buyers from around the world each year. Following its participation in an exhibition in Malaysia this April, SYSCALL continued its Southeast Asian expansion by exhibiting at FHI 2026 in Indonesia.

At this year's exhibition, SYSCALL showcased not only its existing wireless paging systems and coaster pagers but also its software-focused solutions, including Android-based Digital Signage (DID) and a web-based queue management system.
Among the featured solutions, the Web DID Solution, designed to improve in-store operations and customer waiting management through digital displays, attracted significant attention from local buyers and HoReCa industry professionals, generating numerous business inquiries.
Built on a web-based platform, the solution allows users to access and manage the system easily without restrictions on location or device. In addition, the display layout and functions can be freely customized to match each store's operational needs and brand identity, which received highly positive feedback from visitors.
Through these solutions, SYSCALL demonstrated its successful transformation from a traditional hardware manufacturer into a provider of integrated smart solutions combining both hardware and software.
Participation in FHI 2026 also marked SYSCALL's first official entry into the Indonesian market. Building on its established business presence in the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, the company plans to cultivate Indonesia and Malaysia as key strategic markets in Southeast Asia. Going forward, SYSCALL will continue expanding its local distribution network and developing new business partnerships to further strengthen its global competitiveness.
"Our participation in FHI 2026, following the Malaysia exhibition in April, confirmed the strong demand in Southeast Asia for our DID and web-based queue management solutions," said the Head of Global Sales at SYSCALL. "We will continue to accelerate our expansion in the region by providing optimized integrated solutions that combine the strengths of both hardware and software."
